Luxury Residential Renovation

Multiple layout concept designs for a renowned developer renovating a full luxury rental complex. Two directions, Element Earth and Element Water, each with GA plans, material palettes, and 3D visualisations.

Water: deep navy cabinetry, arabescato marble, Sputnik chandeliers, graphic fireplace wall. Earth: warm travertine, sandy tones, organic curves. Both developed to full concept stage for developer presentation.
